The pillows smelled, the sheets were dirty, and the walls looked dull. It's awful. The booking app showed a very cheap rate, but when I got there I was charged the original 100,000 Rupiah. Don't bother coming here. There are lots of guesthouses for 100,000 Rupiah that are much nicer and at least clean.

The receptionist just asked me to cancel, but wouldn't offer any compensation. If they don't want the booking, the hotel should cancel it themselves. Instead, this guest who wants to cancel is being made to deal with the hassle, with no solution offered. That annoying black, fat receptionist should be fired.

The TV wouldn't turn on, and the AC wasn't cold. It didn't feel worth the price they gave me. There was a promo, but once I arrived they said it was no longer available.
