Hotel O Felicia Homestay

They say they don’t take online bookings, yet orders are still active on the titiit app. Pretty funny 😹😹

The dusty rooms and terrible service were a letdown. I’d been drawn in by the photos, but this homestay was awful and didn’t feel suitable for families. On top of what I’d paid through OYO, they demanded more money, saying OYO had charged a price I hadn’t agreed to. I thought it was a scam, canceled, and chose a hotel instead. I wouldn’t book here if you want to avoid disappointment.

I didn’t get towels, soap, or any toiletries, and the bathroom had no water heater, which made it uncomfortable for resting or staying with family. The room was filthy, with cigarette butts on the sheets, dirty walls, dim lighting, cockroaches and mosquitoes, and a floor that didn’t seem properly mopped. Staff were unfriendly, like thugs. I was drawn in by the clean-looking photos, but was shocked after checking in. I’d booked on Oyo for 100,000 Rupiah, then the owner asked for another 30,000, saying it was too cheap. It wasn’t worth 130,000 Rupiah, and the photos didn’t match the facilities. The management also felt unclear, like a short-term stay. I’m really disappointed. If you’re considering staying here, think twice. If you’re bringing family, I’d look for an Oyo Sharia hotel instead, as in my experience those are cleaner and safer for a rest.

They asked for extra payment on top of what I’d already paid to OYO, claiming OYO had charged a price I hadn’t agreed to. That makes me suspect fraud.
