Even though I'd paid and booked through the app, I couldn't check in when the power went out. The hotel wouldn't take responsibility for my booking, and the staff were rude. They offered no solution.

The room was dirty, with a broken bed, dim lights, and a hot, smelly atmosphere. The AC wasn't cold. Towels smelled bad, and there was only one for two guests. The bathroom was dirty and crusty with yellow stains, and the bedside had lots of used tissues.

The written rules weren't displayed for guests, and staff didn't explain them at check-in. At checkout, the manager suddenly demanded a fine for dirty linen and towels. The rules apparently say damaged facilities will be replaced or fined, which seems odd. Service was poor, especially at reception. When asked why they hadn't explained the rules, the receptionist said they'd feared guests might think negatively and cancel if told. I don't think this hotel is recommended.
