Summer Hotel Bitung

The AC stayed weak even after I switched rooms, which was the main issue for me. There were a few small mishaps too: my pillow had no case, there was no water when I went to make coffee, and later I couldn't find a towel for my shower. I had to go downstairs each time, and honestly it was kind of funny. They fixed everything except the AC. The stay was just okay.

There’s no lift to the upstairs rooms, and you can hear some noise from the cafes around or across from the hotel. The rooms are small, though I know they’re mainly for sleeping. Even so, this is the only hotel I’d recommend for a stay in Bitung. It’s clean, affordable, and has spacious parking.

I stayed here while working in the area. The staff were friendly, and the food was acceptable to me and met the standard requirements. The room was small and felt hot, with AC that didn’t seem well maintained. Otherwise, it was a reasonable stay.

For a small town, this is a pretty good hotel. The rooms are tidy and clean, though small, and there’s hot water and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was plain. The staff were friendly and helpful, if not especially professional. It’s a two-story building with no elevator.
