For its price range, this budget hotel in Medan gave me a satisfying stay. The location is strategic in the city center, and the staff were helpful and friendly. My room and the bathroom were clean, there was complimentary drinking water, and the bathroom had a water heater. It’s an affordable choice if you want a bit of comfort without spending much.

The beds were comfortable, and getting here was easy. We were lucky to get a room on the second floor, since the stairs go all the way up to the fourth and climbing them could be uncomfortable. The shower had a good flow of hot water, and the AC was cool enough for Medan’s heat. There are plenty of street food options on Jalan Semarang and nearby, which is handy for anyone who enjoys trying local food.

This place is affordable, clean, and right in the machinery business district. Our room was on the third floor, though, so going up and down was tiring, especially if you’re short on leg strength or breath. A good choice if you’re shopping for small-to-medium production machinery.
