Nice people and a good place.

I really regret staying here. This is the worst Airy I've ever been to, and the service was terrible, nowhere near the Airy standards they promised. The sheets were sandy, the pillowcases looked dull and smelled, and the blanket smelled too. There were cigarette butts in the toilet, no hot water, and the faucet wouldn't work. I reported it and waited a long time before it started running, and even then the flow was weak. The door lock didn't work properly either. There was just one towel, and it smelled, plus only one bottle of water. A terrible stay.

The room and toilet were fairly clean, but the pillowcases looked unchanged and smelled like someone's drool. Disgusting. PS: It's too crowded, and there are people asking for money.

The rates are certainly affordable, but guest comfort and satisfaction still need to come first. The sheets had a stain that looked like, well, you know what.

For two guests, they only provided one towel, and the water flow was weak at first. No feedback. Thank you for the suggestions and input. All in all, it's quite good for backpackers.
