I had a great stay at Pia Hotel Medan. The bathroom was clean and the AC was nice and cold, so the place felt comfortable.

The bathroom somehow broke on its own, so we ended up cleaning it ourselves. The female employees were a bit different. Next time, please install a better bathroom fixture so it doesn't break again. And for the female employees, replace Regina with the one wearing glasses. She seemed to be having some mental health issues.

I can accept having no towels, drinks, soap, toothpaste, or toothbrush at a cheap place. But running out of bathroom water is too much. We stayed two nights, and every morning after 8 the water stopped. I kept going back to the receptionist, who just said yes, but it still didn't come back on. They even suggested I use a public toilet. That's enough for me.

A very affordable spot in a strategic location, just right for a staycation in downtown Medan.
