RedDoorz Hostel @ Capsule Inn Medan

Charging was painfully slow since there was only USB charging and no socket in the room. The capsule and room were too hot, and most of the equipment wasn't working.

If all you need is a bed for one night, this place does the job. It's a very basic capsule hostel, though: the shoe locker and the TV in the capsule were among the things that were broken. The capsules themselves were okay, the staff were so-so, and the cafeteria by the entrance wasn't operating.

The beds are a modern capsule style, and mine was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind too. There’s also a rooftop balcony where smokers can go. Thanks!

I felt safe here, and everything was clean, from the bedding and towels to the bathroom and the area around it. There was soap and a hair dryer in the bathroom, and my 50l backpack fit in the locker. The only real problem was the cold at night: the air conditioning in the main room was running full blast, and the blanket wasn't enough. The bed was comfortable.
