We were pleasantly surprised by this little budget hotel. The rooms are basic, but extremely clean, and we had a non-smoking one. There are two levels arranged around a quadrangle. Our room had a small desk, TV, a nice bed with a good mattress, very clean sheets and duvet, and an efficient AC unit. The bathroom and toilet were spacious, clean, tiled to the ceiling, and had a modern toilet and shower. They provided bottled water, toiletries, and towels. Guests can use the kitchen and its utensils at one end, and there's a lounge area at the other. Secure parking out front is free. They even bring a light breakfast to your room, which was fantastic. I'm a Bule, and we'd stay again. I've had less to say for some pricier, dirty places in Medan.

Wi-Fi was fast, and the rooms and toilets were clean. Breakfast during my five-day stay was fried rice, and there was enough parking inside the fence for about 6-7 cars. Motorcycles can go inside the building. The service could be better for overnight guests, though. Drinking water, towels, and cleaning the room and toilet should be handled regularly without guests having to ask.

The location is close to everywhere, including #RSU Bunda Thamrin, which is reassuring if you have a sick family member. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

It's a clean, tidy, comfortable place, just a couple of steps from Bunda Thamrin Hospital. There's also a minimarket and plenty of eateries nearby.

I really like staying here. It's clean and cheap, and service is available 24 hours. The lady Neneng is so friendly. It's more than just a homestay, too: there's a shared kitchen where you're allowed to cook. Rooms have AC, a TV, a bathroom with a shower, a table set, a wardrobe, and a new bed. It's clean and comfortable, and security keeps just anyone from coming in. Whenever I go to Medan, I always come back here. Love it!
