Royal Suite Condotel

Cockroaches were everywhere, from tiny ones to adults, even on the bed and table. We spotted several as soon as we walked in, and they were still crawling around on the second day. My sister reported it to reception, but all they said was that they’d tell management. We bought Baygon and sprayed the corners and the whole room, but it didn’t help. I honestly think there may be a nest inside the condotel room. The place was also unclean, with cracked walls, holes around the charging area, a filthy bathroom rug, and old, dirty linen. I’ve never stayed in a WORSE hotel. My family and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We chose not to stay, but they wouldn’t refund us anything. The place was filthy and unsanitary, smelled of cigarettes, and felt shady. The staff were extremely rude. Please stay away.

My friend suggested this place, and I think the monthly fee of IDR 300k is worth it. There’s a gym, yoga, body combat and cycling classes, plus a sauna and swimming pool. Even if you don’t feel like exercising, you can sit by the pool, enjoy the view, and clear your head. It’s easier on your pocket than hanging out at a coffee shop, haha.

The hotel room has a nice view from the window, and the place combines apartments and a hotel. There’s a pool, fitness center, and restaurant too. My cousin held a wedding ceremony there, and the guests got free breakfast. Finding it can be tricky for someone new in town, so you’ll need a guide or help from a local.
