The sharia label is a plus, and breakfast is included, even if it’s simple. Hot water stayed steady and the shower had good pressure. The cleanliness and upkeep of the supplies need more attention, though. I found a pillow that was wet and hadn’t been dried properly, which left an unhealthy smell. The pillowcase seemed new to me, but the pillow itself still smelled. Management should check more often and have meetings or coffee mornings with employees to improve the service 🙏🙏🙏

My Traveloka booking said OYO, but when I arrived to check in, there was a problem because they no longer work with OYO. If that’s true, they should update the listing. I’d come all that way and had already paid, but reception asked me to transfer money to the hotel account. What’s the idea here? Please don’t make things complicated. If you’re going to run a guesthouse, at least be honest.

The hotel itself is nice, but the facilities weren’t adequate. Wi-Fi was slow, the bathroom was rather dirty, and there were centipedes in my room.
