The room needs attention. The bathroom was badly damaged, and the neglected shower head was broken. There were yellow stains and hair on the mattress, plus white spots on the foam backrest. The price is reasonable for a short stay, but the room's condition should be looked after.

I had already booked through Agoda, but when I arrived I was told there were no rooms left. Then I was told it would take 14 days to get my Agoda balance refunded. I don't understand what this person does, and nothing about the experience was good. Agoda's policy isn't clear to me, though it seems check-in after 11 AM on the check-in date automatically marks the booking complete if you haven't checked in. Please improve how this is handled.
