The room was damp, the water was dirty, the closet was dirty, and there were blood stains on the bedsheet. One AC served two rooms, and there was no generator even though we paid a lot. The customer service was not friendly at all. We paid, beautiful sister, but got nothing worth staying for. I think even budget hotels are cleaner. Haha.

I booked through the app, but the hotel said they no longer worked with it. I never want to stay here; the room isn't recommended.

They wanted extra money, and the room itself was awful, with a bad smell and a clogged bathroom.
2/10
After customers book and pay through the app, this hotel asks them for extra fees. I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel.

Room 01 was dirty and dusty, with damp cobwebs. The AC wasn't cold, and there was a leak by the hole above the bedside lamp. The lamp kept switching on and off. I asked to change rooms after only a few seconds, but they wouldn't let me.
