The location is handy, close to everything, and the rooms are clean with cool AC. The food is tasty and affordable, and the service is good. I'd recommend it if I come back to Medan.

The older staff used to be friendly and polite, but the service from the current staff was disappointing. The receptionist wasn't very welcoming, and when people asked questions, the answers weren't clear. I asked whether I could order food and have it deducted from my deposit. The woman said it could be brought up, so I ordered, but then she told me no and said to cancel it. I ended up not eating. Later I ordered water, but they made me go downstairs to get it. They could have brought the food and water together. The women working there have no manners.
