We came as a group, and the service was good. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It's in a pretty good spot too, about an 8-minute walk to electricity Mall and some other places. Recommended.

The room was fine overall. I still can't really describe how the food tasted. When I was there, one dish was ayam semur, but it was so hard to cut. Was I supposed to eat it with my hands? I don't think so. Also, please teach the staff to be friendlier and smile more ❤️

The room was quite spacious, and the service was decent. The location is strategic, near a supermarket and food court. Still, the food needs work, I booked a non-smoking room but got a smoking one, and the Wi-Fi worked on my phone but not my laptop. Parking is limited.

The room and food could use improvement, though the facilities are fairly good and the service was good. The best part is the location, near the city center with lots of public transport passing by.

Putra Mulia works well for business travelers looking for a budget stay that feels worth the money. It's right in the center of Medan, so many places are just a few minutes away by car. The rooms are spacious, the meal was great, and the hotel was very clean.
