Prices for the rooms range from 1.1 million - 1.5 million. The rooms are clean and minimalist, almost hotel-like, with AC, TV, a large wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom. There’s roomy motorbike parking, plus a large clean kitchen on the 3rd floor and plenty of space to dry clothes. Water is included, but you have to pay for your own electricity token.
The bathroom was dirty, with cigarette butts still there despite the no-smoking rule. The AC was broken and didn’t cool properly.
The guards are friendly and kind, and the peaceful atmosphere makes this suitable for college students.
