I come back regularly and plan to stay here again whenever I'm in Medan. It's very central, clean and comfortable, with a hot shower and really good internet. The staff are nice, and it feels safe.

I really don't accept being treated this way, and I feel seriously disturbed. This isn't the first or second time. The night guard seems to think he's above everyone. House rules should be explained from the start if guests aren't free to come and go. Please, boarding house owner, take action against the night shift guard. My friend was asleep, then got kicked out at 4 am, which made me feel uncomfortable as a guest.
