Please be careful if you're thinking of booking online through tickets.com, redoorz, or traveloka. The resort no longer works with online booking apps. I traveled a long way, got lost, and was turned away when I reached the place because they weren't partnered with those services anymore. I'm disappointed they didn't tell me beforehand through WA or anything. There was no confirmation at all. 👎
