Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort

Ms. Sandra gave us such a warm welcome at the Front Office and was very kind. Chef Rosi also deserves a special thank you for the excellent service. We had a comfortable, enjoyable visit to Pullman Ciawi, with so many tasty food options to choose from. My daughter was especially happy there, which made the time feel extra special for us.

The range of breakfast food was impressive, and everything was fresh, nicely presented, and replenished often. I also liked that they explained the benefits of some food and drinks at the jamu station and healthy juice corner. At Damar restaurant, Salvira, Najwa and Pakde made the experience feel memorable and different with their warm smiles and professional, welcoming service. The staff were great overall and made sure guests were comfortable and looked after. One of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve had. Well done Pullman Ciawi team 👍

At Damar Restaurant, Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort Spa & Convention, we had a lovely iftar. Ms. Aya was helpful, responsive, and friendly from the reservation through to the end, making sure things were prepared and comfortable. There was plenty of delicious food to choose from, and the elegant but relaxed atmosphere worked perfectly for breaking the fast with family or friends. Thanks for the warm hospitality. I’d love to come back....

The children had a brilliant time thanks to Raden, Yusuf, and Asep. They put on fun games and were enthusiastic, kind, and genuinely caring, so our kids looked forward to each day. Our family also got a lovely welcome every breakfast from Pak De Jamu, whose friendly smile and hospitality made the mornings special. The hotel itself is beautiful, with greenery and fresh mountain air that made for a peaceful family getaway. Breakfast had a wide selection, from Indonesian dishes to international choices, all fresh, tasty, and well prepared, in a warm, comfortable setting. We had excellent service, great food, and a relaxing stay. We’ll definitely return, and I’d recommend it to families looking for a fun, comfortable break.
