Breakfasts were cozy and enjoyable, and the team took care of our requests and helped arrange excursions and activities. The drivers were kind and real professionals too. Special thanks to Madam Pina, Nopi, Rozi and Mr. Imran. We appreciated everyone's effort and dedication, including those whose names we couldn't remember, and felt cared for every day. For about two weeks, Lobster Bay Lombok Resort felt like home. The peaceful natural setting, clean and comfortable villas made it easy to truly relax. Everyone we met was kind, attentive and professional. It was our first time in Lombok, and choosing this resort was absolutely the right decision. The staff really made our three-night stay even more special. They looked after us from beginning to end, and I sincerely hope you get to meet Bolot, Lana, Jay, Jo, Dika, Rozi and the rest of the team. The food was delicious at every meal, from breakfast through dinner. We were there with two friends and loved the beautiful villas and pools, the magical setting and the breathtaking view, especially at sunset from the resort restaurant. A real little paradise, surrounded by lovely people.

The staff were very helpful and happy to sort out whatever you need. I spent nearly two weeks here and had a really pleasant chat with the owner for about two hours over a glass of wine. If you want to stay close to nature, I recommend the place. Special thanks to the manager, Jou.

Everything was spotless and better than we expected, so we were really happy with our stay. What we'll remember most is how warm and kind the staff were.
