The welcome was quick, and everyone from the front desk to housekeeping and Food & Beverage was friendly. My room and bathroom were clean, and breakfast had plenty of choices. A few things need attention: there’s no shade over the car and motorcycle parking, voices from the corridor carry into the room, and the bathroom drain often backs up and leaves water standing. I’d give Aston Mojokerto 8.5/10. Thanks.

Our child especially likes the feel of the rooms, and we’ve enjoyed each family stay at Aston Mojokerto. The designs are modern and simple, but still comfortable. On one visit, we were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. Breakfast always gives us lots of tasty options, and the team responds quickly and finds good solutions when something comes up. Staff remember us and are warm every time, which makes us feel welcome. Thanks to everyone at Aston Mojokerto for looking after us so well. We’re happy to recommend it to families.

The room was fine, in line with what I expect from Aston, but getting checked in was disappointing. The parking lot was full, and nobody offered to help with my large bags or opened the door when I arrived. It wasn’t a pleasant welcome.

We’ve stayed here twice now, and I’d recommend Aston Mojokerto if you need a break on a long drive or want somewhere to vacation. The town view is a nice change if you’re tired of seeing skyscrapers every day. Our room was roomy, the food had lots of choices and tasted good, and the staff were easy to approach and always helpful. Such a good stay!

Whenever I travel, Aston is still my first pick. The rooms are comfortable, the food tastes good, and the service is always great. Thanks to the whole crew for being so kind to me.
