The staff were friendly, and the pool had a nice view. We had a good stay overall. There was a mix-up with our room at first, and we were sent to one that was already occupied. They apologized right away and moved us to a better room than the one we paid for.

We had a nice suite with a view of the pool. There are pools for both adults and children. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety, including local and traditional dishes, pastries, and desserts. The staff were friendly and ready to help. Thank you.

The rooms were clean and really spacious, and the pool was a nice spot to hang out with friends. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We had a great vacation here and would definitely recommend the hotel.

We liked the fairly big, comfortable room and the medium-sized pool for adults and children. The hotel was enjoyable to stay at, but service needs to be quicker and better. At the restaurant and during check-in especially, my friends and I waited about an hour to get our key.

Please remove the three-star hotel claim. It's completely overstated. 👎🏼 The place seemed neat, cozy, and well maintained when we first arrived, so our first impression was good. The room was a huge letdown. The sheets had lots of visible stains, and the floor felt like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The furniture was old, and the closet door under the TV was broken and literally hanging off. There was dust all over the bed, so I had to clean it before going to sleep. This place is way overpriced for the rooms they provide. I just hope my family and I don't get bitten by bedbugs! 🤢
