Bobocabin Signature Sukawana, Bandung

Breakfast and dinner both had a wide range of delicious choices, and everything was well prepared. I especially want to thank Mas Amang for being so kind and attentive, and for making sure everything was right. From the moment I arrived, the professional staff were welcoming and ready to help. I had a memorable, pleasant stay at InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar and would love to come back.

It’s very cold there, and the paths have plenty of stairs and uphill and downhill stretches. Older visitors might find getting around a bit challenging, though it’s manageable. The weather and views are amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. You can borrow an induction cooker from 3 PM for grilling or hotpot/shabu-style meals. Bring your own ingredients if you can, since that made the experience more satisfying for us, though you can also buy them there. They also lend projectors and provide a premium Netflix account.

The gravel road is really bumpy, so an SUV would be better for getting here. Nearby, there’s a nice route, Trek 11, to mt. Tangkuban perahu, about five hours up and down. The cabin itself is small but cozy, and the place is quiet and serene. It has a private outdoor kitchen and dining area. You can bring your own utensils and ingredients, or order food from them. The food was unexpectedly good.

The road up to the cabins is very bumpy, just be ready for that, though the trip is worth it. Bobo is a peaceful weekend escape from the city, with clean cabins and staff who are easy to communicate with. The food was affordable and quite tasty. Try the BBQ meats!
