Gatsu Kost by OYO Rooms

The room was clean, and there’s an air-conditioned kiosk, but the bathroom is outside. There weren’t any bathroom supplies, including towels, brushes, or toiletries. It’s really just a place to change beds.

The room wasn’t what I booked. Men who aren’t married to their partners can stay together, but a husband and wife can’t share a room unless they pay for two. This Oyo partnership is a mess. They should be clear about the rules and stop damaging Oyo’s image. I’ve stayed with Oyo from Sumatra to Bali, and Oyo Nganjuk was the worst, even though the location is very convenient. Such a shame. The bathroom is shared and outside, with sanitary pad traces everywhere.

There was nobody on duty at this unstaffed accommodation, and the bathroom is outside. I wouldn’t recommend it. Don’t get lured in by the low price or app promotions. I cancelled.
