The room felt neglected and wasn't clean, and the breakfast was poor, with limited choice and low-quality food. The staff also came across as unfriendly and arrogant, without a smile, which made me uncomfortable from the beginning. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I hope management makes real improvements to cleanliness, service, and hospitality.

The highlight was the setting. The infinity pool looks out toward a mountain in Bali, with the ocean around it, and the view felt majestic. It's also within walking distance of Buyuk Harbour, another Nusa harbour. That location is why I gave the stay its stars, and for the price, three days here was good value. My room was cleaned daily, which was a plus. The bathroom was very clean, too, but the water was salty and left my hair feeling messed up, not that I have much of it anyway. The room had a pungent smell despite the clean, fragrant sheets. There were bugs and worms outside my room, but I find it a bit doubtful when people complain about lizards and bugs on a tropical island. Breakfast was just passable. I'd stick with bread and an omelette, since the fried noodles and pancakes weren't great. For improvements, I'd paint the bathroom walls and air the room out to clear the smell. A fan would help as the AC takes a while to cool it down.

The pool and the view were nice, and breakfast was good. The staff seemed willing to help, but they were hard to find, with nobody at reception or staff outside or asleep. The twin room was a disaster. It smelled strongly of damp and sewage, worms were crawling around, and the sheet wasn't clean. I took photos.

There are plenty of food options if you walk down the road, on both the left and right. The owners are lovely, and the property is cozy and really pretty, with great views for both sunrise and sunset. We stayed three nights; our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the price was very good. We'd happily come back and would recommend it.
