The garden and pool area are beautiful, and our clean, comfortable room had a terrace looking out over the garden. We didn’t hear any traffic noise. The hotel is on the main road, within walking distance of lots of restaurants. Breakfast was included and the restaurant was good, though after two weeks we would have liked more variety on the breakfast menu. Transport to the harbor, laundry and massage services were good too. Sathi and the rest of the front desk team were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were kind and welcoming, and I especially want to thank Santi for her help and support. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, and made sure everything was perfect for us. Our room stayed clean, comfortable and well maintained, and room service was always quick when we needed something. I had a wonderful stay at Arsa Shanti Hotel in Bali, and Santi’s hospitality made it even more special. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali who wants a peaceful place with great service.

Across the 37-day trip through Indonisia, I stayed in nine hotels and homestays, and Arsa Santhi was definitely in my top three, if not number one. What made it special was the peaceful, loving atmosphere created by staff who clearly care about guests and enjoy working together, along with the lovely pool and restaurant. I’m especially grateful to Santi. When she heard I was thinking of renting a motorbike, she carefully explained the road and traffic conditions. Her advice made me abandon the plan, and she was so right. I can’t imagine what might have happened if I’d gone out on a motorbike. She saved my life! The warm smiles and kind help from all the staff are my best memories of this unique island.

Every morning I was greeted with a smile and a warm hello, and the staff were just as lovely each evening. They picked me up at the port, shared tips about the island and had plenty of great conversations with me. My room was cleaned exceptionally well every day. Hotel Arsa Santhi is a beautiful little hotel close to town and near the port, and my stay in Nusa Penida wouldn’t have been the same without it. Truly great customer service!

The location worked really well for diving and exploring the island. Although the hotel isn’t right on the beach, it’s central and close to several dive centers and restaurants. We stayed three nights and had a great time. The pool was lovely, the service excellent, and our room was cleaned every day. Lovely stay at Hotel Arsa Santhi Nusa Penida, and highly recommended if you want good value for money.
