Vinnie made the stay special by paying attention to our schedule, checking in with us, and making sure we had what we needed. She even arranged fresh coconut drinks for the morning, a lovely personal touch. Her warmth and care were the best hospitality we’ve had in a long time. The suite itself was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully put together. It was a peaceful, comfortable place, and we wished we’d had more time to enjoy it. Martini Suites was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and we’d highly recommend it. We can’t wait to come back.

Rob and Vinnie made our stay feel personal and special, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We loved the peaceful feel of the lovely garden and how spotless and well kept the room was. Everything exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing stay at Martini Suites and will definitely return. Highly recommend!

The hosts even lent us a drying rack when we had loads of laundry from padel training in Bali, without us having to ask. That kind of thoughtfulness really stood out. Robert and Vivienne checked in often to make sure we were comfortable, and they were generous and attentive throughout. The kids were delighted with the welcome snacks. They also loved Lily, the friendly cat who stayed the night with us, and playing with Tommy, the playful dog, by the pool. Afternoons in the pool were a hit, and we appreciated having cooking facilities for simple meals. Our rooms were neat, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with a cozy, home-like feel. Martini Suites Umalas is peaceful and lovely, a great choice for a relaxing family stay. Thanks again, Robert and Vivienne!

Vivienne and Robert were so friendly and made sure we had what we needed. You can tell they’re dedicated to giving guests a good time. The rooms were clean, cozy, amazing, and well maintained, and there’s plenty nearby for food and fun. This suite made my trip ten times better. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a memorable stay and to feel their money was well spent. Thanks again, Vivienne and Robert. See you in August!

I extended my stay at Martini suites as soon as I arrived, then added a few more days after that. The place in Umalas is beautiful, cozy, and stylish, and the location worked perfectly for me. Thanks, Robert and Vinnie, for making my stay so memorable and precious, and for the great barbecue on silent day too. Out of all the places I’ve stayed in Bali, Martini suites is number one. I have to come back one day! 🫶🏼✨
