Alex Villas Complex N5

We’ve stayed here twice, each time for more than ten days, and we’ll keep coming back. The villa is always tidy and feels safe and comfortable. The staff and security deserve so much credit for their thoughtful service. They’re happy to help with anything and go above and beyond. For our honeymoon, they even surprised us with lovely flowers on the bed. Thanks again to the staff and security at Alex Villas N5.

We appreciated management’s prompt, professional response after the incident. They recognized how serious it was, investigated the door lock system, and offered complimentary late checkout, which we valued. Still, the event left us shocked and distressed, and we felt unsafe for the rest of the night. After midnight, an unknown man entered our room by mistake, even though we had locked the door from inside and the lock’s verbal signal said it was secure. This raises serious concerns about whether the locking mechanism works reliably and creates a safety risk for guests. I hope the issue is addressed urgently and measures are put in place to prevent this happening again.

The apartment has a modern room design and kitchen facilities, and the private pool was clean. The villa complex feels very safe, with security around the clock, so I was comfortable. Professional staff cleaned the room every day. Agung & Mia were very friendly and greeted me with a smile every day. Thank you ❤️

We loved our week here. It was peaceful, spacious, and spotless, just right for unwinding, and the staff were always smiling, friendly, and ready to help. The pool felt a bit chilly, but after a warm day it was refreshing. Great value, and we’d be happy to return.
