Mambo Hill Resort

I’ve visited several times, over Christmas and New Year, and the service has been top notch every time, from check-in to checkout. The room is spacious, clean, and smells really nice. It has all the useful holiday bits, including a small tin of sunscreen, lip balm, and mosquito repellent. The bathroom products are good quality too, so I don’t need to bring my own. The staff are helpful and engaging. Suastika even made me noodles for breakfast, thank you! Breakfast itself is really good, with enough choices to try something different each day. There’s a shuttle to their beachfront restaurant if you want to spend time by the beach. I’d gladly return.

The view from my room was stunning, and the location was perfect. I had a really pleasant stay, with spotless rooms and excellent service throughout. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to lend a hand. It all made for a memorable visit, and I’d happily stay again. Highly recommended.

We found this to be the best value hotel we stayed at on the small island of Nusa Penida. Anyone who likes Mediterranean-style decor will love it. The rooms were clean and well equipped, and the mosquito prevention was excellent despite the hotel being up in the mountains. Open the window and there’s a terrace and pool. On clear days, you can even see the volcano. Definitely a highlight.

We really enjoyed the calm surroundings and fresh air at Mamboo Hill Resort. It’s set in a peaceful hill area with beautiful nature views, a lovely place to slow down and get away from the city. Mornings and evenings were especially quiet, and I could enjoy the view from the balcony of my clean, comfortable, well-kept room. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The facilities were thoughtfully prepared, and everything felt arranged with guests’ comfort in mind. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing nature getaway, and would love to return.
