Maravilla Complex

So peaceful here. The villa was spotless and beautifully designed, and it felt like home. The staff made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend!

The manager's reply led me to update this review. We arrived at the villa on February 14. From January 15 to 17 there was no water, and although we reported it several times, nothing was fixed. We got no compensation. The claim that we received a 20% discount is false, we paid exactly the amount shown on Booking.com. The management response was unprofessional and misleading. We stayed at Maravilla Complex for three nights, and had no water for two of them. Coming back after a long day of snorkeling and hiking and being unable to shower was awful. We spent our evenings asking staff when it would be fixed, but it never was. When we asked for a discount because of this, the manager said we had to pay full price and hung up. The payment link he sent didn't work. We lost an hour trying to sort it out before leaving and catch our boat, which was incredibly stressful. If anything goes wrong here, don't expect help or compensation. Terrible experience, I absolutely don't recommend this place.

The green outdoor area was one of my favorite parts, with a lovely garden and a pool that was especially nice on hot days. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The property was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had charming little details throughout. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return!

We're florists from Nusa Penida and have delivered flowers to Maravilla three times. The location is beautiful, and the staff were so kind and helped us surprise our client. Thank you, Maravilla ❤️ See you soon!
