Ray greeted us with so much joy and kindness, which made the stay even nicer. The rooms are lovely and very clean, and we even got to use a swimming pool. A great base for enjoying Nusa Penida. I’d recommend it 100%!

The pool was a welcome way to cool off, and each morning a delicious breakfast arrived at our balcony. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily. Ray was a lovely host, always smiling and willing to help with anything. If you rent a scooter there, the location works really well for exploring; we covered pretty much the whole island over our three days. Great value for money. Thank you.

The room at Toro Cottage was roomy, clean, and had reliable air conditioning. Breakfast is available at the small canteen, and the fridge is stocked with drinks. After a day out, the pool was perfect for a refreshing dip, and towels were provided too. We also liked the nearby restaurants and local spa and massage options, some of the best we’ve tried. Yogi, his brother, and all the staff took such good care of us during our five days. They arranged return boat tickets between Sanur and Nusa Penida, set up private tours around our itinerary, and suggested places to visit. Toro Cottage is a fantastic place to stay. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

Ray took wonderful care of us, and the quiet setting made our three nights really enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was good, and the Cottage is comfortable for a very reasonable price. I’d happily recommend staying here and would love to return.
