We stayed just one night, and while I understand that some facilities may be limited on an island, clean beds should be the minimum. Mine had chip crumbs in it when I arrived and smelled like someone else. My friends found stains on their beds. It seemed they’d just made the beds without cleaning them. The air conditioning was broken, there were wet, dirty marks all over the floor, and a purple AirPod from a previous guest was lying out in the open when we arrived. We asked for clean pillowcases at least, and did get those. Be careful when booking.

The power went off in the middle of the night, and when we had to wake the staff, they were unpleasant enough to make us feel as if it was our fault. The room was awful, and everything seemed filthy and badly managed, leaving the resort's facilities unusable. One of the worst places I’ve stayed. The whole experience was a nightmare. Avoid it at all costs.

The pool couldn't be used, the Wi-Fi was terrible, and the electricity went off during our stay. Our room wasn't cleaned, the towels smelled, the cutlery hadn't been washed, and the bathroom was filthy. There was a lampshade and a TV, but the TV didn't work. Everything about this place was awful. Don't stay here just because the location looks tempting.

Avoid this accommodation at all costs. During my stay, 500 AUD was stolen from my suitcase by hotel staff who had access to my room. Absolutely disgraceful.
