The price is low and fits what you get. Rooms are small and the facilities are basic, though the room was clean. There’s bottled water, a toothbrush, parking, air conditioning, and hot water. It’s near Teleng Ria Beach, which is a plus. If you just need somewhere to sleep, it may suit you, much like a Melati class hotel.

There aren’t any restaurants nearby, but the Hotel is easy to find. I’m a bicycle Traveller, and stayed on 20181223. The room wasn’t wide, but it was good and clean. I paid 120Rp for a regular room without aircoditioner, or 200Rp with aircoditioner. I don’t like aircoditioner because it’s not good for the body.

The receptionist was rude, and the room smelled of cockroaches. The water had a rusty smell. I asked for it to be cleaned, but the issue wasn’t fixed. The old AC didn’t cool the room, and the water heater stopped working because the gas was out. They were asked to replace it, but didn’t. Better to find another place.

The parking can fit Setra, HDD, and SHD buses, though only around four or five at a time. The hotel is reasonably representative and near Pacitan Beach, so it’s a decent place to stay. The rooms still have a guest-house feel, with either fans or air conditioning. Prices are affordable and cleanliness is adequate.
