Hotel O Ar Guest House Syariah

I couldn’t find the place, even though I was in a different district and usually go to that area. The spot I was looking for had shophouses and pet shops instead. I was right in front of the location when I tried calling the admin number, but they asked me to pay online before entering and wouldn’t give me the exact location until I paid. I’ve stayed in hotels from two to five stars, and have never encountered rules like that. Be careful of fake listings. I was suspicious, so luckily I didn’t transfer directly on the online site. Trying to arrange it offline didn’t work either.

We booked two rooms through tiket.com, but when we arrived, we were told they weren’t available and were asked to contact OYO headquarters for a refund. If the rooms were unavailable, why wasn’t the booking status on the app changed? It seems they were full because they’d taken direct bookings instead, possibly because they could charge more that way. Think carefully before booking here.

I booked before the day before my stay, but when I arrived, they wouldn’t let me stay overnight. The reason they gave wasn’t acceptable, especially since I was married. I’d traveled all that way and had already transferred the money, so I just wanted it back. A woman there told me to call someone inside, but nobody took responsibility and the money wasn’t returned. I ended up staying at a friend’s house 🙏

I booked through tiket.com because this place was closest to my event, but when I got there, the rooms were full. They said they no longer worked with the app and that the payment had gone to the app, not to them. I asked for proof of a refund, even just a photo with the woman on duty, but her answers wandered and she seemed scared although I was calm. They sent me to another inn in a regular motorcycle taxi and said they’d transfer me there if this place was full. But when I asked for the boarding house name or address, the woman didn’t know and wasn’t clear, so I was better off booking somewhere else. They only accept direct bookings, not bookings through the app. I hope nobody else becomes a victim. Thankfully, tiket.com refunded me.
