I paid 179k on an OTA for a double suite, but at check-in they said the rooms were full and asked me to upgrade for another 75k. Even after paying, I was given a double suite. They blamed a mismatch between the OTA price and their system. That’s not our problem, fix the system or don’t list there. They didn’t even provide towels. Terrible experience. I’d seen bad ratings for a boarding house around here before and assumed it was somewhere else. Turns out it was this place, and they deleted it after the bad ratings appeared.

At arrival, I was told the app rooms were full and asked to pay extra for an upgrade. The rooms were all identical and empty. When I requested a refund, the hotel wouldn’t help and just said to contact Traveloka.

I booked and paid for two rooms on the app, but when I got there they said they were full and wanted another 80,000 Rupiah for each room. There were no towels, the TV didn’t work, and the AC wasn’t cooling.

After I booked through Traveloka, I arrived to find they said the hotel was full. It was unclear what was going on, and the police didn’t return my money. I also got no help contacting Traveloka again.

With kitchen facilities and a dispenser outside, it felt like being at home. The place was comfortable, fairly neat, and clean.
