It’s a little outside the main town area, but the price is reasonable and I’d recommend it. The place had only been open for a month. Some rooms have attached bathrooms, and they’re comfortably clean. There’s no towel included.

Orchid Hotel is clean, cool, and comfortable, and it’s suitable for families. It’s also disability-friendly. Thank you!

The location is fairly strategic, and Transsmall is within walking distance. Still, I really regret staying here. The shower was broken, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and there were no towels, soap, shampoo, or trash can. The place was really dirty, and the linens looked like they hadn’t been washed.

The TV was the one bright spot, with YouTube and Netflix available. Otherwise, this stay was a hassle, especially with a baby. The faucet in the bathroom didn’t work properly, there was no hot water tap, and I couldn’t get a room change. The sheets were stained and dusty, and there was no soap, shampoo, tissue, or drinking water. The small parking lot was noticeable when I arrived, and the receptionist was unfriendly and unresponsive. I’d noted a special request in the app because I had a baby with me, but when I asked about it at check-in, I was told there was nothing. I’d booked through the app and checked the standard room against its photos and description. I hope the feedback helps improve the place and its service. It would also be good to show the direction of the Qibla in every room.
