The crew were good, and breakfast was good too. The mattress and pillow were very comfortable, and the room was a good size. My room, 209, had no view because the next building was only 10cm away. The toilet was small and there was no floor towel, which made getting out after a shower uncomfortable. Around 1am I was trying to sleep when the false alarms went off about 5 or 6 times. It was really annoying and disturbing.

Everything was clean, and the hotel staff were really friendly. The hotel is right in central Padang, with a very nice restaurant, Tanggal muda, across the street serving international food. Breakfast had Indonesian dishes and a few Western options.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, including a large cafe right across the street with good coffee and food. The hotel's own restaurant could improve its breakfast. The price is very affordable, way below what I think the place is worth. Staff were polite, professional and welcoming. The room was great apart from a toilet smell, maybe from the drain. I noticed that smell in toilets outside the hotel too, so I guess it may not be the hotel's fault.

The manager really stood out for being attentive and caring about guests, and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too. The hotel was clean, with spacious air-conditioned rooms and hot water in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was tasty and nicely presented. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The manager was especially friendly, helpful and attentive, and all the staff were welcoming and ready to help. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The building is new, and our room was large and clean. Compared with the other hotels and homestays in the city, we liked it much more, and the price seemed very good for this level. Thanks a lot.
