Falah Residence Syariah by OYO Rooms

I’d booked four rooms for seven people through Travelio with “pay upon check-in.” While we were on our way to the hotel on check-in day, the hotel called to say the rooms had been sold to someone else because they hadn’t received payment, or because I hadn’t paid. But the booking clearly said payment was due at check-in. Did they understand how that option works? I called the OYO call center, but they offered no solution and just told me to contact Travelio. That didn’t help. Poor OYO. I had to find rooms at another hotel in town myself. Thanks to Travelio for cancelling the booking so I wouldn’t be charged as a no-show.

There was dirt on the blanket, though the room itself was big enough. It’s a reasonable choice for travelers looking for an affordable stay.

It was alright.

Pretty good.
