At check-in, they said the system hadn't been updated and demanded 180000 inr, even though the website showed about 50000 inr as the total price with taxes and other charges included. It's a shame platforms like booking still work with them. They are scammers.

My app booking was for 50K IDR, but they wanted another 170K IDR when I arrived. They told me to cancel the booking if I didn't want to sleep there.

They advertise a much lower price just to get you there, though the room costs 150.000 or more. This hotel has been reported to the booking sites.

The place is shabby, with lots of trash out front. I booked and paid a month ahead, but when I arrived, they gave the room to another guest right in front of me. The receptionist brushed off the refund and gave me their admin number. At first, they said the process was simple, but it turned into a huge hassle and eventually had to go through the third-party app's call center. They hid behind “I'm just an employee.” Nothing was good about dealing with the receptionist, Icha (the admin), or Nanda (who supposedly owns the lodging). This wasn't only about the money. The receptionist had no morals.
