I spent 4 days and 3 nights here. Check-in was a little inconvenient at first, but they responded really quickly and did something to cheer me up so I’d be comfortable for the rest of my stay. If you run into any kind of problem, just speak with guest relations and she’ll sort it out. They care about how you experience the hotel, whether you’re staying briefly or for longer. Indah looked after us really well. The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and there were extra amenities we didn't expect for the reasonable rates. I've traveled through Asia, including Japan and Singapore, and this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at anywhere in Asia.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty of choice and very good food. The rooms were modern, spotless, and comfortable, and the hotel was beautifully kept. From arrival onward, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and ready to help. There was a warm feel to the place, and everything seemed thoughtfully managed, from the service to the cleanliness. My stay at ZHM Premiere Hotel Padang was memorable, and I’d happily return. I recommend it to anyone visiting the city, for work or leisure, who wants comfort, quality, and great service.

The daytime light coming through the room windows was a bit of a problem, even with the curtains completely shut, so it wasn’t ideal for a nap or a proper rest. Still, the stay was very pleasant. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well cared for. I also enjoyed the broad breakfast selection, and everything I tried tasted good. There’s a gym, sauna, swimming pool, and a sky lounge with a varied, tasty menu. I’d recommend The ZHM Premiere Hotel Padang for its comfort, service, and facilities.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and upgraded my room to meet my needs. The room and bed were very comfortable, clean, and well equipped, with a luxurious bathroom and thoughtful extras like slippers, bottled water, and a prayer mat. There are also good local places to eat within walking distance. I’ll definitely stay again on future trips to Padang.
