The staff are what made Bagus Agro Pelaga Retreat feel so special. Everyone, from reception to the restaurant and housekeeping, was warm, polite, and quick to help. They even remembered how we liked our breakfast coffee, and requests were handled with a smile. The quiet hills are beautiful, the rooms are lovely, and the fresh farm-to-table food was delicious. We felt cared for from arrival through checkout and would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Ika made the stay feel like home. She was always smiling, helpful, and genuinely attentive, going out of her way to make sure things were right. The resort is peaceful and well looked after, too. The spa is worth trying, and the staff were just lovely, friendly and spot on. I was surprised by how good the atmosphere was. The views are incredible, and the place has that calm Bali feeling that makes it easy to switch off. There are plenty of activities as well. Strong recommendation!

About an hour and a half from Ubud proper, this is a magical place to slow down. It’s great for yoga or meditation, or just getting away from city life. The grounds are huge, with flower, fruit, and vegetable farms to see. There are lots of insects, but that comes with living in nature. Housekeeping and the other staff were kind and polite. 💖

Lovely spot for a family vacation. The sunrise view is the best, and the air is cool and breezy. It’s quiet here, and breakfast was good. 🩷🩷🥰
