The units are quite spacious, up to 80m2, but it's an old building. The gym and swimming pool facilities don't meet the standard, and the elevator needs modernizing.

The service is bad, and the facilities are no longer usable. Everything is broken, and the pool is filthy. The maintenance person isn't friendly and sometimes can't help with our problem, so we have to call people from outside Beverly.

The location was really nice and easy to reach, with more privacy. There just aren't many facilities.

The facilities are basically just a swimming pool, and even that was dirty. The gym was useless, the elevator had no air conditioning, and the service was bad. The maintenance fee is high for what you get.
