The people made this stay memorable. Erik and Natasha were so warm and helpful, and patient with my English accent, which isn't always easy to understand. They handled my requests professionally, including moving me to another room and making me a veg pizza. That pizza was one of my best meals on the trip. Thanks to both of them for making the hotel feel homely, I still remember their names and would happily return. I spent two days here while visiting Indonesia. The clean, comfortable rooms were well maintained, and for a budget hotel the value was excellent. It's right in the city center. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it.

We got good value for the money. The room was spacious and fine, with a water heater and air conditioner that both worked perfectly. The only issue was the toilet seat, which had big yellow stains.

I was here for a week on a business trip, and the room was clean and just right. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Amel deserves a special thank you for being so kind and polite. Great stay, and I'll come back if work brings me to Surabaya again.

The location is good, and the staff were friendly and helpful, though some speak English better than others. I liked the cute touches, especially the different coloured room doors and the pot plant by the lift. D'Natural, an awesome organic restaurant, is right across the road.

I really appreciated how much the staff cared about guests, and I'm grateful to all of them for their work. The rooms were comfortable and properly cleaned. The one odd thing was having no hot water at 8 in the morning. Why, when people usually shower then? 😁🤔🤣 I'd recommend visiting 👍🏻
