Leaving the hotel was a frustrating experience. The motorcycle parking in the basement was so disorganized that I couldn't get out, and the security officer didn't help. He stood there using his phone while I moved other people's motorcycles myself to make space. When I backed my bike out, he came over to ask for the vehicle registration, still looking at his phone, and said nothing else. His manner was rude and unprofessional. His name is Johan. I work in the service industry, and I felt deeply disrespected. I wondered if he looked down on me because I arrived by motorcycle. This behavior reflects badly on the hotel. I hope management takes it seriously and improves security service.

There wasn't any soap in the room. When I asked at reception, the guy told me to use the body wash in the shower. What a joke. The sheets were stained, the room was dirty, and there were cobwebs, spiders, and flies everywhere. Clean rooms should be the basic priority. They'd be better off hiring someone to clean properly than paying a photographer to make the place look good.

The room was tiny, with around 40 flies in it, and the shower and toilet looked horrifying. I wouldn't stay here, though it might interest backpackers if they find a good deal.

The bathroom was the worst part. The toilet seat was chipped and stained, the shower ran dirty water at first, and the sink smelled awful and had no plug. In the room, the bedding was dirty and covered with hair, and the walls had dust and old cobwebs. We sprayed mosquito repellent, and dozens of bugs fell onto the floor. The place was disgusting. Cigarette smell was everywhere, with some floors clearly allowing smoking. The pool was murky and looked nothing like the photos. Staff didn't speak English well, either. The area felt dark and sketchy, not somewhere I'd want to be alone at night. We stayed one night because we were too exhausted to look for another place in the middle of the night, but I wish we'd left sooner. I'd booked after seeing the photos, especially of the rooftop pool, and Agoda reviews. I don't know where those reviews came from or why the hotel is promoted so heavily, maybe they pay a lot for it. It was a complete disaster, and I ran away after that first night.

The rooftop pool and gym offer a stunning view across the city, and the location is great, close to the train station and nearby malls. The rooms were dusty, with ants crawling in and several spiders by the door. They also don't provide things like a comb or hairdryer, which are commonly supplied.
