The hot shower worked well, and breakfast was nice, but there weren't enough tables to eat. The room wasn't soundproof either. The wardrobe smelled really bad, like rotten wood, and they only provided a towel, no shower cap, toothbrush, soap, sandals, or shampoo. When I arrived at 6pm, the receptionist was very slow. The main lobby was uncomfortably hot, maybe the AC wasn't working or maybe they hadn't turned it on. I'd rate it 4/10. I didn't expect this from a hotel calling itself three stars.

The room was small but had useful basics: water, tea, coffee, and a refrigerator. The bathroom was good, with a hot shower and soap, shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste. Cleanliness could be better. Breakfast was average, with tea, juice, milk, and a meal that changes daily. It's fairly close to the airport and reasonably priced. The check-in area was hot without air conditioning, but the process was quick, so it was fine.

The Indonesian-style breakfast was very satisfying. Everything else was good, though the AC needed to be cooler for Palangka's hot weather.

There was quite a bit of noise from activity near the room, even at night. Still, the service was great, and the hotel provides free transportation to the airport.

A good-value hotel near the airport. I stayed one night and had a great time. The staff were very friendly and served with a smile. Keep up the great work!
