The lobby was dirty, and the service was really bad. A family had booked online the day before, but when they arrived, they were told the booking had been canceled, even though the app showed no cancellation. They’d just traveled overland from Sampit with small children and were already tired, then were told to find another hotel nearby on foot in the Central Kalimantan heat. A relative had told me that in the Palangkaraya area, if the hotel doesn’t match the price when you arrive, you can cancel with them. This kind of behavior hurts customers. If they don’t mean to accept online bookings, they shouldn’t list prices on booking apps. Don’t come here.
