The owners at Urban View treated us like family and were generous with their time whenever we needed something. The room was fresh, clean, and clearly put together with a lot of care. We came for two nights and stayed five, and leaving felt genuinely sad. The family running the place now feel like friends, and I'd return without hesitation if I'm ever back in Palangkaraya. We also got to try the delicious coffee for the courtyard cafe they're about to open. I only wish it had been ready while we were staying there.

It was quiet and relaxing, and the balcony was a nice place to sit. The room smelled fresh and was clean, the bathroom had plenty of space, and the AC worked well. The guard was very friendly too. I'd definitely recommend staying here 🙂

The loose hooks on the balcony door need checking, and there was an ashtray that looked like it had been left behind. The AC also wasn't cool enough, and staff sometimes made noise that disturbed us.

Getting around was easy since the location is close to everything, and the service was friendly. Check-in is usually at 2:00, though, with no early check-in. Inside the room, there was only a little soap left and lipstick marks on the glass. Ants also seemed to be a problem here compared with other hotels. You can hear noise from inside the hotel and from other rooms.

After the long trip from Sampit, I was hoping to sleep well, but the AC in my second-floor room wasn't cold. It was so hot that I couldn't get to sleep 🥲😑
