Citere Resort Hotel

The staff were really polite and happy to help with anything. The place itself is very nice and comfortable, and there’s a dirt cheap restaurant right across from it called Sate Paris, with good food too. 10/10, I’d rent here again someday. :)

We hadn’t booked ahead and just got a room on the spot, so we didn’t expect the service to be so good. We stayed one night in Bungalow B, which has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen set with a dining table. There’s a fireplace at every resort, which is really cool, and the stay included breakfast for four adults. The hotel and resort aren’t too far from the Pangalengan terminal or other tourist spots, and the roads there were good. There was no wifi, but that didn’t bother me personally. For families with kids, there’s a separate pool for children and adults, a good-sized field for BBQ, and a fishing pool. We’ll definitely come back when we vacation in Pangalengan.

The room was clean, and it had a bathtub and a fireplace, which was super cool. I stayed for a day, and the surroundings were clean and full of flowers. Breakfast was acceptable too. Best hotel in Pengalengan, it went beyond what I expected. I’ll definitely come back if I go to Pengalengan again.

I was in Room 05. It’s a pretty nice place, clean and comfortable, with plenty of parking. But someone knocked at 6.30 am to deliver breakfast in a box, and the noise from outside was unbearable too. I couldn’t get a decent night’s sleep.
