Be careful if you’re thinking of booking. They take reservations only in person, even though the place is advertised across OYO platforms, and any money paid is automatically lost. The app price is just 50,000 Rupiah, but at the location they ask for 200,000 Rupiah, despite the ambiance.

I’d paid for two rooms in the OYO app so my family and I could rest during our trip home for Eid. When we arrived, the guard said they had no partnership with OYO, and I couldn’t get my money back. Very disappointing. ☹️

I booked through reddorz and paid, but they said they don’t work with the app and wouldn’t refund me. They claim not to cooperate with these apps, even though they’re listed on oyo, reddorz, traveloka and others. I asked the guard for the owner’s number and he didn’t know it. Honestly, it’s ridiculous. A new kind of fraud.

The price is listed as 50 thousand on both the Oyo app and maps, but security asks for 200 thousand. That doesn’t match at all!
