The service was good, check-in was quick, and room 301 was fairly clean. The white towels and pillowcases were faded, though. Water flowed, but the hot water kept fluctuating. One odd thing happened in the early morning: the door seemed to be pushed back and forth, maybe because the hinges were loose. I woke my husband, and he opened it to look, but nobody was there. We wedged a chair against the door and went back to sleep. We’d paid more than 300,000 per night because it was peak season. It was late, raining, and we were tired after riding a motorbike from Jakarta, so we stopped to rest. The sharia-compliant amenities made me feel safe. After checking out the next day, we wondered if the door was loose in the wind or... *horror?*

I was staying here on a business trip in Palembang. The room was very nice and clean, so I could rest comfortably. The security team and front office staff were friendly and helpful, too. Room service could be warmer with small gestures like smiling and greeting guests. The location is very convenient for reaching the city center, so I’d recommend it for business travelers.

It’s somewhat tucked into a residential area, but I paid around 150 before. The room was nice, with a spacious, clean bathroom and a good TV that my child could watch comfortably. The AC was on, and the hot water worked too, which was perfect since my child is afraid of the cold.
